Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Manager with sign industry experience required, located in Concord, CA. The Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily service operations, managing service staff, coordinating service schedules, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include managing service orders, troubleshooting issues with sign repairs, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining service-related records. Experience in the sign industry and knowledge of sign installation and repair processes
