Role Description

  1. This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Manager with sign industry experience required, located in Concord, CA. The Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily service operations, managing service staff, coordinating service schedules, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include managing service orders, troubleshooting issues with sign repairs, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining service-related records. The Service Manager will also work closely with sales and production teams to deliver outstanding service to clients.

Qualifications

  1. Service management, operations management, and team leadership skills
  2. Experience in the sign industry and knowledge of sign installation and repair processes
  3. Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
  4. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively
  5. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  6. Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
  7. Proficiency in using service management software and tools
  8. Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed
  9. High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or college degree preferred
